Vishal Sikka New CEO of Infosys

Infosys Ltd. Thursday named the former technology chief of SAP AG, Vishal Sikka, as its new chief executive and managing director and unveiled a management restructuring.

The current executive chairman, Infosys's main founder N.R. Narayana Murthy, and executive vice chairman S. Gopalakrishnan will step down from their respective roles Saturday, the Bangalore-based company said.
